Server Backups
Backups are managed at the workspace level in Devpilot. Jump to the Backups section for everything about plans, destinations, history, real-time CDC, and restore.
Backups in Devpilot are a workspace-level feature — one place to manage plans, destinations, history, real-time streams, restores, and billing across every server in your workspace.
This page previously lived under Servers. The full Backups documentation now has its own dedicated section.

Backups overview
What Devpilot can back up, the four schedule modes, and where backups are stored.
Backup plans
Create, schedule, pause, and run database, file, and image backup plans.
Destinations
Configure Local, S3, Azure Blob, SFTP, GCS, Google Drive, or Cloudinary storage.
Backup history
Browse past runs, cancel in-progress jobs, and download artifacts.
Real-time backup
Continuously stream MySQL or PostgreSQL changes with change-data-capture.
Restoring backups
Restore a past run to the original server or to a new target.
Where to find backups for one server
From a server's dashboard, the Backups tab shows only the plans, history, and destinations tied to that specific server. Everything else — cross-server views, plan creation, destination management, billing — lives at Workspace → Backups.
