MTN Cloud Integration
MTN Cloud support in Devpilot is coming soon. This page describes what the integration will offer at launch.
MTN Cloud Integration
Coming soon. MTN Cloud appears on the Devpilot Integrations page as a planned provider. You cannot currently add MTN Cloud credentials or provision MTN Cloud servers from Devpilot. If you already run servers on MTN Cloud today, add them via Connect an Existing Server in the meantime.
Status Summary
| Capability | Available today? |
|---|---|
| Save MTN Cloud credentials to a workspace | Not yet |
| Validate credentials against the MTN Cloud API | Not yet |
| Provision servers from Devpilot | Not yet |
| Install the Devpilot agent on MTN Cloud servers | Works if you create the server manually and then add it to Devpilot as an existing server |
Prerequisites (at launch)
- An MTN Cloud account with API credentials issued
- An active Devpilot workspace
Required Credentials (at launch)
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Access Key | The API key identifier issued by your MTN Cloud project. |
| Secret Key | The secret paired with the access key. |
| Account ID | Your MTN Cloud account or project identifier. |
| Region | Default MTN Cloud region for the account. |
Connecting MTN Cloud (at launch)
When MTN Cloud becomes available in Devpilot, connecting it will look like this:
Obtain API Credentials
Sign in to your MTN Cloud console and generate an API access key and secret from the API credentials section. Make a note of your account ID and default region.
Connect in Devpilot
Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations and select Connect on the MTN card. Enter the access key, secret key, account ID, and region.
Validate and Save
Devpilot will call MTN Cloud's account endpoint with the credentials you provide. If the call succeeds, the integration will be saved. If it fails, the error reported by MTN Cloud will be displayed — typically a bad key or an incorrect account ID.
Using MTN Cloud Today
Until the integration ships, you can:
- Provision a server manually in the MTN Cloud console
- Add the server to Devpilot as an existing server (via Servers > Add Server) so you can install the Devpilot agent and manage deployments, scripts, and monitoring
